
Stuffed Pumpkin
Ingredients
- 1 8 to 10-inch pumpkin
- 1 cup cranberries
- One half cup dates
- One third cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1 cup tart apples, cored and chopped
- One quarter cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- One quarter tsp ground cloves
- One quarter tsp ground allspice
- One quarter tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon peel, grated
- 1 Tbsp orange peel, grated
Instructions
- Cut top off the pumpkin and save
- Scoop out inside
- Combine all ingredients and fill pumpkin
- Bake without top for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
- Place top on pumpkin and continue baking for 30 minutes
- Serve warm
