Some people aren’t fans of salmon, and others haven’t even tried it. If you’re looking for a recipe to convert friends and family to being “pro salmon,” this is a good choice. It has a sweet heat that balances out the fish beautifully. Salmon is already a great seafood item, having a buttery texture. Plus, it’s good for you, having Omega-3 fats.
When shopping, allow ½ pound of salmon per person as a main dish. ¼ pound per person if you want to use this as an appetizer “dip.” If you’re creating an appetizer bar, this recipe pairs well with creamy cucumber salad, sweet potato fries, or grilled tomato with feta and lemon sauce.
