In a previous life, I worked at a bar in D.C. where we had a brief obsession with jalapeno-infused cocktails. If you enjoy spicy foods, fresh jalapenos are super fun to experiment with at home when making cocktails. Simply chop one up, add it to your shaker with ice and your other cocktail ingredients, and shake the heck out of it for 30 seconds. The end result is really fantastic.
This cocktail includes spicy jalapenos, hot cayenne pepper, pineapple, along with some ingredients you find in a more traditional margarita.
This following recipe is for 1 cocktail.
