Go roge and crack them up into a salad, or use them as part of your macaroni and cheese topping (use a rolling pin to make the pieces small)
The origins of cheese crisps are murky at best. The theory is they appeared wherever cheese was a staple, quite by accident. When some cheese dripped on the stove and crisped up, wala! A treat was born.
