I’ve been enjoying some refreshing cocktails at home lately that include a good quantity of added soda water. Campari, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and sweet vermouth make up the base for this refreshing spritz cocktail.

I’ve been enjoying some refreshing cocktails at home lately that include a good quantity of added soda water. Campari, fresh-squeezed lime juice, and sweet vermouth make up the base for this refreshing spritz cocktail.
The following recipe makes one cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Campari (chilled)
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth (chilled)
  • Juice from ¼ lime
  • 3 oz soda water (chilled)
  • Twist of lime (as garnish)

Instructions 

  • Combine the chilled Campari, sweet vermouth, and freshly-squeezed lime juice with the soda water in a cold glass.
  • Serve with a twist of lime.
