This cocktail includes a simple mixture of Crème de Cassis and Cava, or really any sparkling wine will do. The Crème de Cassis is made with dark currants, and has the flavor of blackberries.
Kir Cocktail
Ingredients
- ½ oz Crème de Cassis (chilled)
- 3 oz Cava (or dry sparkling wine, chilled)
- 1 Blackberry (as garnish)
Instructions
- Chill your Champagne flute in the freezer for ten minutes.
- Pour the Crème de Cassis in the bottom of the chilled Champagne flute.
- Add the chilled Cava slowly.
- Garnish with a fresh blackberry.
