Tequila Fizz with Turmeric, Honey, & Lime
This cocktail recipe is unique and delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 oz chilled tequila
- oz chilled lime juice
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 2 oz chilled club soda
Instructions
- Mix 3 Tbsp honey with 1 Tbsp water in a small pot on the stove top.
- Heat until the honey is no longer thick.
- Combine honey water with the 2oz tequila, 1oz lime juice, egg white, and turmeric powder in a shaker without ice and shake aggressively for 45-60 seconds.
- Strain the mixture through a cocktail strainer into a rocks glass with ice.
- Top with chilled club soda.
Notes
If you want to spice things up, add a pinch or two of cayenne pepper to the mix before shaking.
