Butterscotch Oatmeal Squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- Two thirds cup brown sugar
- Two thirds cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- One quarter cup oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Beat eggs and add vegetable oil and vanilla.
- Add egg mixture to dry mixture and mix well.
- Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30 - 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean when stuck in the middle of batter.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
