Ingredients
-3/4 cup packed brown sugar
-1/2 cup white sugar
-2 large eggs
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 cup of all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-3/4 teaspoon salt
-12 tablespoons butter, melted
-4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
-2 cups chocolate chips (you can also use white chocolate chips)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
3. Using an electric mixer, cream together peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
4. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
5. Add vanilla extract, and continue mixing for another minute.
6. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
7. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients in order to incorporate them without deflating your batter too much.
8. Bake for 12 minutes, and let cool.
