Lately I’ve been trying to eat desserts that are both filling and yet also slightly less
unhealthy. One option that I’ve discovered from late-night snacking has been this
simple bowl of Greek yogurt, prepared granola, walnuts, and dulce de leche. It’s
definitely on the sweeter side, which you can adjust by reducing the quantity of
dulce de leche or maple syrup.
The following recipe makes 1 bowl.
Late-Night Yogurt, Granola, and Dulce de Leche Splurge
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup prepared granola
- 1 Tbsp Dulce de Leche
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the Greek yogurt, walnuts, prepared granola, dulce de leche, and maple syrup
- to a bowl.
- Mix to partially combine the ingredients.
- Enjoy.
