Pork Pastry with mustard sauce

Ingredients for the Pork
- 1 package puff pastry, defrosted (17 oz)
- ¾ pulled pork (purchased or homemade)
- ¾ smoky barbecue sauce
- 1 ¼ mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
Ingredients for Mustard Sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbs whole grain mustard
- 2 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Water

Instructions for the Pork
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the pulled pork, sauce, and cheese together until thoroughly integrated.
- Place the pork in the middle of the pastry squares.
- Brush the edges of each square with egg, then fold over to seal each.
- Brush the top of the pastry with the remaining egg.
- Bake 16 minutes (golden brown).
- Slice in 1” pieces with mustard sauce
Instructions for Mustard Sauce
- Warm the heavy cream and mustard together.
- Once hot, add the spices.
- If you want your sauce less thick, add a little water at a time until you are happy with the consistency.
- This is ready to serve.
