Heat your oven to 400F
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet
Portion out the cheese into even-sized mounds (2” in diameter), giving them 1” of space between for melting room.
Pat down the cheese so it’s evenly thick.
Bake for approximately 5 minutes (the edges will be slightly brown and the cheese wholly melted.
Remove from the oven
Cool the crisps for 15 minutes before carefully loosening them from the parchment.
They are ready to serve!
