Mojitos are delicious and easy to make. The addition of a splash of coconut milk to this recipe will transform your drink into a cocktail that will transport you to the islands.
- 10 medium-sized mint leaves
- 2 oz white rum
- 2 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp granulated white sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- A tiny sprinkling of salt
- Ice cubes
- 2 oz soda water
Muddle together 8 mint leaves, white rum, coconut milk, white sugar, tiny sprinkle of salt, and lime juice.
Mix mixture with ice cubes and shake or stir together until fully mixed.
Strain mixture into a new glass over ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with the remaining two mint leaves.
