Creamy Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 1 12-oz can corn (drained)
- 1 large tomato ( chopped)
- 1 small sweet onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
- One quarter cup sour cream
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and chill for a couple of hours to allow flavors to blend
