Place three quarters cup water in a small saucepan and add gelatin.
Stir over low heat until gelatin in dissolved.
Take a mold or a metal bowl and spray well with nonstick cooking spray.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
Pour mixture into greased mold and chill for 3 - 4 hours.
To release mousse from mold, place bowl or mold in warm water for a few seconds, then place a plate over the bowl and turn over, gently shake until mold is released.
