Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp, remove and set on paper towels to drain.
Saute mushroom in the same pan the bacon was cooked in, remove and wipe pan clean.
Combine bacon and mushrooms together and toss.
Sprinkle some cheese on 4 tortillas followed by mushroom mixture.
Sprinkle more cheese on top of mushrooms and top with 4 remaining tortillas.
Spray with cooking spray and heat in skillet for 2 minutes each side.
Remove and cut into wedges.
