Banana-Mango Smoothies
Ingredients

ripe bananas,
(peeled and sliced)

ripe mangos,
(peeled and diced)

milk

cup
vanilla ice cream
1/4
cup
honey

vanilla
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
Notes
Use low fat milk and fat free yogurt in place of the ice cream
