Banana-Mango Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, (peeled and sliced)
  • 3 ripe mangos, (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions 

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

Notes

Use low fat milk and fat free yogurt in place of the ice cream
