Peach on the Beach
This cocktail will make you feel like you are sitting barefoot on a beach chair on a warm, sunny day.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz white rum of choice
- ½ oz dry vermouth of choice
- ½ oz Peach brandy
- 1 oz freshly-squeezed peach juice
- 2 oz champagne or dry sparkling white wine of choice
Instructions
- Combine the rum, vermouth, peach brandy, and peach juice in a glass over ice and stir.
- Top with the sparkling white wine and serve immediately.
Notes
I love adding fresh fruit juices to my cocktails, but you don’t need the fresh peach juice if you can’t find it out of season and still want to the enjoy the cocktail. A sweet Peach-flavored liquor would do well here as a substitute for the fresh juice.
