Cool Lemon Bars
Ingredients
2
cups
all-purpose flour
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1
butter,
(softened)
4
eggs beaten
2
cups
sugar
1/4
cup
lemon juice
1/4
cup
flour
1
tsp.
baking powder
Additional powdered sugar
Instructions
Combine flour and powdered sugar; add butter and mix until crumbly
Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees until lightly browned
Combine eggs, sugar, and lemon juice
Stir in flour and baking powder
Pour over cooked crust and bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees
Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares
