Strawberries Romanoff
Ingredients
- 2 pints fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced in half
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tbsp. orange flavored liqueur (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, sugar, liqueur and orange rind and mix well
- Place in individual serving glasses and top with whipped cream
Notes
Use your favorite sugar substitute and fat free whipped topping instead of whipped cream
