Blue Curacao Cooler

Sometimes you want a sweeter, easy-sipping cooler for a warm summer day. This cocktail features vodka, Blue Curacao, and lime.
Blue Curacao is a liqueur that is often used in cocktails to add a bright blue color and a sweet, citrus flavor. It is made from the peel of the Laraha fruit, which is a bitter citrus fruit that is grown on the island of Curacao in the Caribbean.
This following recipe is for 1 cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka of choice
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 2 oz club soda
  • A slice of lime, as garnish
  • 4 fresh blueberries, as garnish

Instructions 

  • Combine liquid ingredients in a rocks glass with ice and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh lime and the fresh blueberries, and enjoy cold.

Notes

This cocktail is fairly sweet--If you prefer a drier cocktail, reduce the quantity of Blue Curacao.
