Late-Night Yogurt, Granola, and Dulce de Leche Splurge
Lately I’ve been trying to eat desserts that are both filling and yet also slightly lessunhealthy. One option that I’ve discovered from late-night snacking has been thissimple bowl of Greek yogurt, prepared granola, walnuts, and dulce de leche. It’sdefinitely on the sweeter side, which you can adjust by reducing the quantity ofdulce de leche or maple syrup.The following recipe makes 1 bowl.
Ingredients
¾cupGreek yogurt
¼cupwalnuts
¼cupprepared granola
1TbspDulce de Leche
1Tbspmaple syrup
Instructions
Add the Greek yogurt, walnuts, prepared granola, dulce de leche, and maple syrup
to a bowl.
Mix to partially combine the ingredients.
