Prep both the onion and green pepper.
Mix the Worcestershire, mustard, sugar, and sauce together.
Fry the ground beef in oil until it cooks through. Don’t let it clump (you want small pieces).
In a bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, and tomato sauce.
Add salt, pepper, onions, and peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Now comes the garlic, sizzled for a few seconds, followed by the sauce.
Bring the mixture to a low boil.
Reduce the temperature to simmer for 15 minutes (uncovered).
If it’s not saucy enough, you can add a little water or more sauce.
Grill the Kaiser rolls (this keeps them from getting mushy).
Put ¼ of the blend on each roll and enjoy.
