Melt the butter, adding the hot sauce, Worcestershire, and salt. Set aside.
Mix the ground chicken with a little salt and pepper.
Divide the meat into four equal portions.
Take each portion and form them into somewhat loose burgers. Pu a thumbprint at the center. This helps your burger cook uniformly to the edges.
Set grill to 400F.
Cook the meat for 5 minutes on each side (you want an internal temperature of 165F).
Toast your buns.
Place the chicken burger in the middle of the bun. A 1-2 tsp of the buttery hot sauce on top (spread it).
Evenly coat the burger with blue cheese crumbles.
Add any other toppings desired and enjoy.
