Use a non-leak resealable plastic bag for the juice, garlic, oil, and spices.
Put the steak in the bag.
Marinate 4 hours (or more)
Set the grill for 400F
Sear the steak on each side for 5 minutes for medium rare and a minute or two more for medium. Do not overcook the steak. It will turn into leather.
Remove the steak from the grill and place it in aluminum foil to rest for 5 minutes.
Using a good kitchen knife, make thin slices of the meat against the grain. Let it rest until you’re ready for it.
Set the oven to 400F.
Place the french fries on a cookie pan coated with cooking spray. Bake according to the directions provided.
Remove the fries from the oven and top them with cheese and steak.
Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Transfer the mixture to a serving vessel.
Spread Pico, guacamole, and sour cream over the top.
Garnish with lime slices
