Yogurt and Granola Bowl with Blueberries and Bananas
I don’t eat breakfast every day, but once in a while I’ll treat myself to a sweetenedbowl of yogurt, granola, fruit, and nuts. I add a good bit of maple syrup on top, just because I love maple syrup. The mixture of the Greek yogurt and whole milkcreates a thinner yogurt consistency that goes well with the fruits, granola, andalmonds. The following recipe makes one large breakfast bowl.
Ingredients
¾cupnatural Greek yogurt
¼cupwhole milk
½cupgranola
½banana(cut into slices)
¼cupblueberries
¼cupalmonds
1Tbsppure maple syrup
A tiny sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions
In a large breakfast bowl or small serving bowl, add the Greek yogurt and the
whole milk.
Stir to combine.
Add the prepared granola, sliced banana, blueberries, and almonds.
Drizzle some maple syrup on top, along with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
Serve cold.
Notes
You can use whatever mixture of fruits and nuts that you like here. As an alternative to maple syrup, try this recipe out with honey, brown sugar, agave syrup, or sorghum.
