Dry the steak on all sides using paper towels
Sprinkle the surface with salt, pepper, and paprika
Press the garlic onto the surface of the meat
Melt the butter in an iron skillet (medium-high heat)
When the butter melts and begins browning, place the steak into the pan
Sear it for 3 minutes on each side (for medium rare)
As it sears, use a spoon to continually cover it in a sea of butter
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes
Transfer to a serving platter
Slice against the grain of the steak
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
