Blend the tomato using an immersion blender, and then strain the tomato puree through a fine mesh strainer.
Chill the tomato liquid in the fridge for one hour.
Combine the chilled tomato liquid in a shaker with ice, gin, diced cucumber, and lime juice.
Pour the contents with the ice into a chilled pint glass.
Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime and a slice of fresh cucumber.
