The use of frozen, store-bought Tater Tots makes this recipe much easier to
prepare.
Ranch seasoning is a fun way to add some zesty flavors to oven-roasted
vegetables, if you prefer making something healthier!
All you have to do here is combine the frozen tots with some melted butter and
ranch seasoning before baking according to the package instructions.
Oven-Roasted Tater Tots with Ranch Seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 24 oz 1.5 lbs frozen Tater Tots
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 20 chives (finely sliced, as garnish)
- A few grinds of fresh black pepper
- ½ cup crème fraiche (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter with the dried Ranch seasoning.
- Add the frozen Tater Tots and mix until evenly coated in the Ranch seasoning and butter.
- Place the seasoned Tater Tots on a parchment-linked sheet tray.
- Bake the seasoned Tater Tots at 350˚F for roughly 20-25 minutes, or until perfectly crispy and golden-brown and very hot in the center.
- Add some freshly-ground black pepper.
- Serve hot, with crème fraiche and a sprinkle of finely sliced chives.
Notes
mine with ketchup, but you can use whatever dipping sauce you prefer.
