Ranch seasoning is a fun way to add some zesty flavors to oven-roasted

All you have to do here is combine the frozen tots with some melted butter and
ranch seasoning before baking according to the package instructions.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
  • 24 oz 1.5 lbs frozen Tater Tots
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 20 chives (finely sliced, as garnish)
  • A few grinds of fresh black pepper
  • ½ cup crème fraiche (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter with the dried Ranch seasoning.
  • Add the frozen Tater Tots and mix until evenly coated in the Ranch seasoning and butter.
  • Place the seasoned Tater Tots on a parchment-linked sheet tray.
  • Bake the seasoned Tater Tots at 350˚F for roughly 20-25 minutes, or until perfectly crispy and golden-brown and very hot in the center.
  • Add some freshly-ground black pepper.
  • Serve hot, with crème fraiche and a sprinkle of finely sliced chives.

Notes

The Tater Tots are best eaten right out of the oven, when they are still hot. I serve
mine with ketchup, but you can use whatever dipping sauce you prefer.
