
Coconut Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup coconut (shredded)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, butter, coconut and vanilla and stir until well blended.
- Pour into piecrust and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until set.
