Rum & Coke with Coffee Brandy

I made this cocktail the other night and enjoyed the mix of flavors with the coffee brandy, rum, Coca-Cola, and fresh lime. It’s definitely on the sweeter side, which I don’t mind once in a while.

Rum & Coke with Coffee Brandy

I made this cocktail the other night and enjoyed the mix of flavors with the coffee brandy, rum, Coca-Cola, and fresh lime. It’s definitely on the sweeter side, which I don’t mind once in a while.
The following recipe makes one cocktail. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Dark rum of choice
  • ½ oz Allen’s Coffee Brandy (or coffee liqueur of choice)
  • 5 oz Coca-Cola
  • Juice of ¼ lime
  • Twist of 1 lime (as garnish)

Instructions 

  • Add 4-5 ice cubes to a rocks glass.
  • Add the rum, coffee brandy, and Coca-Cola.
  • Squeeze in ¼ lime, and stir.
  • Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve cold.
