Rum & Coke with Coffee Brandy
I made this cocktail the other night and enjoyed the mix of flavors with the coffee brandy, rum, Coca-Cola, and fresh lime. It’s definitely on the sweeter side, which I don’t mind once in a while. The following recipe makes one cocktail. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dark rum of choice
- ½ oz Allen’s Coffee Brandy (or coffee liqueur of choice)
- 5 oz Coca-Cola
- Juice of ¼ lime
- Twist of 1 lime (as garnish)
Instructions
- Add 4-5 ice cubes to a rocks glass.
- Add the rum, coffee brandy, and Coca-Cola.
- Squeeze in ¼ lime, and stir.
- Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve cold.
