Rollin’, Rollin’, Rollin’
Stretching the dough is a hands-on operation. There are tips for getting it just right. First, the dough MUST be at room temperature. This makes the dough easier to shape.
Oil your work surface and your hands to prevent sticking. Olive oil encourages a golden, crispy crust. Now, you’ll shape the dough.
You can use a rolling pin or your hands to work the dough. You’re looking for the crust to be ⅓ inch thick. Don’t go any thinner, or it won’t support your toppings.
