Set your oven to 450F
Mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar together.
Let this stand for at least 10 minutes (you’re looking for frothy)
Using a stand mixer with a dough hook, add the flour, oil, and salt
Beat until smooth
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes
Put the dough on an oiled surface.
Pat it with your hands, evenly shaping a circle
Now it’s ready for your pizza pan (use some spray oil on the surface)
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to the prepared pizza pan.
Add your chosen toppings and sauce
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
Remove from the oven
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
