Iced Irish Coffee

Condensed milk turns this iced coffee into a special treat, especially when you add a splash of Irish Whiskey into the mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ oz Jameson Whiskey (chilled)
  • 4 oz cold brew coffee (chilled)
  • 1 oz Bailey’s

Instructions 

  • Add ice cubes to a rocks glass.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the ice cubes.
  • Combine the Jameson whiskey, coffee, and Bailey’s in a shaker tin with ice.
  • Shake the mixture until fully combined.
  • Strain the contents into the rocks glass with the ice and condensed milk.
  • Serve immediately.
