Apple Cider Sangria
This tasty apple sangria can be prepared in a pitcher in advance.
Ingredients
2
Honeycrisp apples
(cored & cut into bite-sized chunks)
1
pear
(cored & cut into bite-sized chunks)
1
750ml
bottle dry white wine
½
cup
calvados
(or apple vermouth)
Juice of 1 lime
1 stick of cinnamon
3
cloves

Tbsp
white granulated sugar

750ml
bottle sparkling apple cider
Instructions
Combine cubed apples and pears with the white wine, calvados, lime juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, and sugar.
Stir to combine and allow to sit in the fridge overnight.
When ready to serve, pour into glasses with the fruit and finish with the sparkling cider.
Stir gently and serve cold.
Notes
This sangria will keep in the fridge for a few days.
