Avocado Dip with Chilies

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 small sweet onion, diced
  • 1 small can (5-oz.) green chilies, drained and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions 

  • Mash avocados in a bowl
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Use fat free tortilla chips.
