Cheddar Cheese Bacon Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, (shredded)
  • One third cup mayonnaise
  • 1 3-oz. jar real bacon bits
  • 1 baguette, (sliced into one quarter inch slices)

Instructions 

  • Combine cheese, mayonnaise and bacon bits and spread about 1 tablespoon on each slice of bread
  • Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 425 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes or until cheese is melted

Notes

Use light cheese and mayo
