Coffee Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate almond candy bars, (chopped)
  • 20 lady fingers
  • Whipped topping or whipped cream

Instructions 

  • Line a small baking dish with ladyfingers
  • Stir chocolate candy into coffee ice cream and spread over ladyfingers
  • Place in the freezer until ready to serve
  • Spread whipped topping or whipped cream over the top before serving and also more chopped chocolate if you wish

Notes

Use low fat frozen yogurt rather than ice cream and fat free whipped topping
