Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust

Instructions 

  • Combine first 4 ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
  • Pour into pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Notes

Use light cream cheese and fat free condensed milk.
