½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook garlic for 30 seconds. Add spinach and cook until wilted. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, cooked spinach, and chopped artichokes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbling. Broil for one or two minutes if you prefer a golden top.
