Ingredients
4cupsold-fashioned oats
1cupnuts of your choice(pecans or walnuts work well)
3-4tablespoonsof seeds of your choice(hemp, chia, pumpkin)
1/2cupdried fruit of your choice (raisins, dates, or cranberries are all tasty)
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonsalt
3 tablespoonsbrown sugar, maple syrup, or honey
3 tablespoonsolive oil
1 teaspoonof cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, salt, and cinnamon.
Once well combined, add the brown sugar/maple syrup/honey, vanilla extract, and oil. Mix well!
Pour the mixture on your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 23 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Let cool, and break up into pieces. Enjoy!

You can store the granola for 1-2 weeks in an airtight container.
