Lady in Blue

Blue Curacao serves as the backbone for this vodka-forward cocktail.
This following recipe is for 1 cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka of choice
  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 1 oz passion fruit juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 wedge of fresh lime, (as garnish)

Instructions 

  • Place the vodka, Blue Curacao, passion fruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in
    a shaker tin with ice.
  • Shake for 5 seconds, and let sit while you prepare the egg white.
  • Shake the egg white in a dry shaker tin for 4 minutes, or until frothy.
  • Strain the chilled cocktail contents into a Martini glass.
  • Top with the frothy egg white.
  • Garnish with the wedge of lime.

Notes

If you prefer a drier cocktail, cut down the Blue Curacao and simple syrup.
