Smoky mezcal and blood orange, with a splash of pineapple? Sign me up.
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 3 oz freshly- squeezed Blood orange juice
- ½ oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 thin slice of Blood orange (as garnish)
Combine the ingredients in a metal shaker tin with ice.
Shake the ingredients for five seconds.
Strain the contents into a rocks glass, over ice.
Garnish with a thin slice of Blood orange.
