Peaches and Cream Cocktail
This cocktail includes heavy cream, some fresh peaches, honey, and peachschnapps!
Ingredients
- ½ ripe fresh peach (cut small dice)
- 2 oz heavy whipping cream (chilled)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 oz peach schnapps (chilled)
- 1 slice of fresh peach (as garnish)
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a shaker tin with four ice cubes, and shake gently until fully mixed.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
