Peppermint Brownies
Ingredients

squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3
cup
butter
2
eggs, beaten
3/4
cup
sugar
1/2
tsp.
peppermint extract
1/3
cup
all-purpose flour
1/4
cup
chopped pecans
1/4
tsp.
salt
Instructions
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan and slowly add sugar stirring constantly until blended
Add beaten eggs and stir in peppermint extract
Remove from heat and add flour, nuts and salt
Pour into a greased and floured 10 square cake pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes
