There are always ways of taking basic meat and making it a meal without the resulting fare being heavy. Lettuce wraps are the ideal vehicle for many mixes. They’re light; they turn everything into finger food and provide a satisfying crunch. If you find the wraps aren’t quite enough to fill up tummies, pair them up with things like:Air-fried crispy beans,Avocado fries,Cranberry-orange relish,Cucumber salad,Egg rolls,Greek salad,Low Mein,Roasted broccoli,Shrimp pasta,Slaw,Tempura sweet potatoes.
