Ingredients
2c.plain cashews
1 ¼cbroth **
2clovesfresh garlic
1tspfine sea salt
** Chicken if using it on chicken(beef with beef, and vegetable stock with vegetables. Otherwise, use water)
Instructions
oak the cashews in water. Make sure they are all covered.
Leave for 2 hours (Only 2 hours, or they get mushy)
Rinse
Transfer the nuts into a blender with the remaining ingredients.
