Avocado Dip with Chilies
Ingredients
2
large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1
ripe tomato, diced
1
small sweet onion, diced
1
small can (5-oz.) green chilies, drained and diced

Tbsp.
fresh lime juice
2
Tbsp.
fresh cilantro, chopped
1
tsp.
salt
Instructions
Mash avocados in a bowl
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Use fat free tortilla chips.
