Loosen the silver skin from the ribs, then pull it off.
Cut the ribs into singles
Sear the ribs on all sides using a hot charcoal grill
Set aside and make a braising liquid
In a large pan, combine oil, soy, garlic, ginger, barbecue sauce, sesame, and one cup of water.
Put the ribs in the mixture and simmer for 1 hour.
Create a sauce out of pineapples and jalapeno peppers
Begin by charing the pineapple and peppers on both sides
Chop the pineapple into mouth-sized bites
Place them in a deep bowl with peppers, green onion, and one cup of water
Blend thoroughly using an immersion blender
Check the ribs and make sure the meat is “fall of the bone” tender
Put the ribs on a platter
Pour the sauce over the top of the ribs
Garnish with sesame seeds.
